Nano crimping applicator is designed specially for extremely small terminal with the cross section starting from 0.13mm2. Compared to the normal ones, This type of applicator has stable feeding and is easy to adjust and widely used in the light-weight wire harness fields.

Key information

  • Adjustment：The adjusting accuracy of crimping height is 0.01mm and the adjusting range is 1mm; The adjusting accuracy of insulation height is 0.1 and the adjusting range is 0.7mm. Nano owns rhythmic adjustment and recognizable scale. There is no need to adjust the close height frequently.
  • Terminal holding：The holder is designed according to the shape of the terminal, which provide a stable feed.
  • quick change：Perfectly fit with ShinMaywa, Jam and Kodera press and fully automatic crimping amchine.
  • Technical documentation：The whole operation and maintenance manual is offered and the performance research and micro-section analysis and so on will be offered, if needed.
