  • Continuous crimping height adjustment : Can be supplied either with a continuous or a wedge regulating head,providing a 0.02mm resolution for C.H./I.H.and a 2.0mm range, which satisfied your rigorous demand on the crimping.
  • Modularized framework: Can be adjusted and maintained conveniently. it drastically breaks the pattern that terminal to applicator for 1:1.
  • Feeding mechanism: Terminal pitch 40mm become true easily and feeding speed can be adjusted with facility,can be supplied either with shot stroke cylinder or oriented cylinder for choice, which can enable you to operate the machine freely.
  • Switch system: Can be fitted to semi-automatic and fully automatic crimping machine for Occident brand such as Komax,AMP,Mecal and so on.
  • Technical documentation: You can get a complete technical documentation containing all the information needed to safely use and correctly maintain the equipment. Upon request, a capability study& Cross-section Analysis can be provided.
  • Surface plating: Anti-corrosion.
  • ID: Laser etching ID to each spare parts.
