As the upgrade version of the classic precision applicator, AFS300B-S can ensure a same wire position for every crimping and ensure the consistent crimping quality. The press could crimp the wires after stepping the pedal only if the wire touched the sensor and the press got the signal. Easy adjustment and stable feeding make this crimping applicator widely used in wire harness industry.
